All items are carefully packed and shipped from Germany.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping is carried out via DHL or Deutsche Post.

For international shipments, delivery is handled by the respective national postal service in the destination country.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.

The total order amount, including shipping fees, is shown before payment confirmation.

All items — especially historical playing cards and collectible objects — are carefully and securely packed to ensure safe transport.

Special care is taken to protect sensitive or vintage items.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
