A beautifully preserved piece of European card culture from the late 1970s, produced by the Swiss playing card manufacturer J.M. Müller & Cie (Johann Müller, Schaffhausen).
This Lenormand fortune-telling deck follows the traditional iconography of the classic Lenormand system and presents the familiar symbolic scenes without printed verses, complemented by the small playing-card references integrated into each card.
The elegant card back with the dark-blue owl framed by a floral ornament gives the deck a distinctive and timeless appearance typical of Müller’s production quality during the 1970s.
The cards display the traditional Lenormand symbols in finely colored illustrations and retain the calm, balanced graphic style characteristic of this period. Because of its excellent preservation and complete condition, this deck represents both a collectible and a functional oracle set.
